The National Node for Proteogenomics and Chemical Proteomics

The BioMS Stockholm node is hosted by Karolinska Institutet and is a joint effort with Science for Life Laboratory and Karolinska University Hospital Clinical Proteomics Facility. The node is dedicate to develop and offer services to improve proteomics driven multi-omics research and aid drug development by providing MS-methods in the chemical proteomics field.

The strong methodology research within proteogenomics and chemical proteomics in this node contributes to a continuously developing and active mass spectrometry facility, currently providing large number of services within the focus areas. Our experts will provide services in national projects for planning experiments, sample analysis and data evaluation. The node is well connected to related national infrastructures in genomics, drug discovery and development, and chemical biology with the possibility to also initiate cross platform projects.
