The National Node for Targeted Proteomics and Protein Conformation – Lund University

This joint effort by Mass Spectrometry scientist and BioMS will strive to meet the national demand for access to expertise and instrumentation for targeted and structural mass spectrometry.

The node is formed within the strong mass spectrometry groups at BMC where experts with extensive experience in different areas of biological mass spectrometry will ensure the progress of BioMS projects. Our focus is to enable analysis using special MS methodologies to enable structural and targeted workflows using state of the art instrumentation and full scientific support to BioMS projects, including planning, method development, analysis, and data evaluation.
