I would like to thank all presenters and participants of our bi-weekly proteomics seminar series this fall. I look forward to seeing you all again on 27th of January 2022 when the spring seminars start.
The seminar series initiated and organized together by BioMS, the SciLifeLab ISB platform and the Swedish Proteomics Society has been received well. We have had 20-30 participants per seminar with exciting presentations and interesting discussions.
Whereas the main focus this fall has been on young researchers, the spring term will be more diverse with more senior presenters and presenters from industry as well.
The last seminar in our bi-weekly proteomics seminar series this fall will be on the 16th of December presented by Mohammad Roghanian from Umeå University (current Rigshospitalet Copenhagen) on “(p)ppGpp controls stringent factors by exploiting antagonistic allosteric coupling between catalytic domains”.
Wishing you all happy holiday season!
On behalf of BioMS, SPS and the SciLifeLab ISB platform,
Lotta J. Happonen
Researcher at the Division of Infection Medicine and BioMS Lund University
